Adam Beardow

Adam first opened Photoshop at 14 and never looked back. That spark of curiosity turned into a career built on versatility, adaptability, and a refusal to utter the words “I can't do that.” Instead, his go-to has always been: “I’ll see what I can do.” That mindset has taken him through a wide range of design disciplines and leadership roles, including Creative Lead, Head of Design, and Art Director. At Bearwell Creative, Adam brings a logic-first approach to creativity, blending strategic thinking with sharp visuals to deliver work that not only looks great, but works hard.

Charlotte’s creative journey began with a BA in Fine Art and a Master’s in Illustration from UCLan, where she honed her passion for storytelling through image-making. Her career took shape at the Innovation & Business Clinic, where she thrived as a Senior Designer, bringing thoughtful, research-led ideas to life. A natural character creator, especially when it comes to children’s book illustration, Charlotte blends imaginative flair with a considered, strategic mindset. At Bearwell Creative, she brings depth, warmth, and a beautifully analytical eye to every project.
